Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) fully discloses that the results of the discovery sessions are fully based upon the client/customers ability and skill set to implement the information provided during the session to produce positive results.
Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) does not fully guarantee that every client/customer who participates in a coaching service/program will achieve the desired results. Responsibility for successful outcomes is fully dependant upon the clients/customers ability to discern what is best for them.
Emerge Consulting LLC (Catriceology Enterprises) will not have no liability to the client/customer for decisions/choices ma or any adverse consequences of the clients own free will. Coaching, consulting, mentoring and speaking services and programs are non-refundable. In the event you sign up for a coaching program or developmental course and decide to not participate in the program/course please contact Catrice immediately via telephone and email to discuss a mutual agreement and satisfactory outcome. Contact Catrice by emailing her directly. You will receive a response within 10 business days regarding your request.
Payments and Sales
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
- Special Note: When a product is listed as “all sales are final” there will be no refund granted.
Cancellation of Membership
In the event you choose to cancel your membership to the BOSSLadies Boardroom, the following conditions apply:
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
- Full (monthly fee) refunds will be given when a member cancels within 3 days of the next scheduled payment transaction (deduction from your checking account or credit card).
- No refunds will be given after the 3 day window – no exceptions.
- Example: if your membership payment is scheduled to be deducted from your account on the 15th of each month you must cancel your membership by the 11th in order to receive a refund. If you do not, you will not receive a refund for your monthly membership fee.
